Last “hurrah’ before the lockdown

Just a few days before the lockdown in Adelaide, residents and clients were able to enjoy one of the best big bands in Adelaide at the Saturday Night Live Cabaret at Living Choice Fullarton. Such is the popularity of the three-monthly event that it was booked out long before the night.

Will Metzer and his big band, including the talented Foenander Brothers, had everyone bouncing in their seats due to the no-dancing rule. “I’ve never had so many complimentary messages congratulating us on such a great event,” said co-organiser, Helen Bonet.

Guests also raved about the delicious dinner, prepared and served by the team at Damien on Fisher Restaurant. The main course comprised an alternate drop of fillet steak served with jus and roasted vegetables or crispy skin barramundi and roasted vegetables. For dessert, there was a choice of decadent tiramisu or fruit medley.
