Living Choice Classic notches up 18 years at Headland
For the past 18 years, Living Choice has been proud to be the main sponsor of the annual “Living Choice Classic”, a 3-day tournament hosted by the Headland Veteran Golfers at Headland Golf Club in Buderim. Veteran golfer Tony Coad has been the lead organiser of the tournament for the past 17 years, an amazing achievement!
Despite some nervous moments, when it seemed Queensland was on the cusp of a snap lockdown, this year’s tournament proceeded as planned on 12th, 13th and 14th September with 170 Veteran golfers from all over Queensland taking to the fairways to enjoy three days of camaraderie and good golf.
Other sponsors also contributed to the success of the event, including Allcoast Golf Cars, Perry & Oster Funerals, On Course and Barbeques Galore.
The tournament culminated with a prizegiving dinner at the club on Tuesday evening, with everyone enjoying a delicious 3-course dinner prepared by Head Chef Greg Pollard and his team. Over the three days, a total of 54 prizes were awarded, plus 13 Nearest the Pin prizes. Graham Maund of Mudgeeraba was the winner of the beautiful Living Choice hamper.
