Living Choice clients taken on Magical Mystery Bus Tour
The team members from Living Choice Flagstaff Hill and Woodcroft invited deposit holders and new residents on a magical mystery tour on Tuesday 21st September.
Hosted by our very own Ian Tregoning (Director), Jason Sack (Group GM), Katherine Stacey, Teresa Allan and David Brookman, our guests were gifted with welcome bags and began their adventure through the Adelaide Hills, with the first stop being at the famous Beerenberg Farm.
For six generations the Paech family still own 100% of the farm and live on the property, which is now known as The Beerenberg Family Farm. Residents were treated to the rich history of the farm and were able to purchase jams and chutney in the farm shop.
The next stop of the tour was at the newly opened Bridgeport Hotel in Murray Bridge, which sits proudly overlooking the Murray River.
The tour was greeted by General Manager, Mary-Lou Corcoran, in the foyer, where she explained how the hotel had undergone an amazing $45 million transformation by Living Choice’s sister company, EDP Hotels – retaining its local identity, whilst completing an extensive and stylish new development. The hotel is now amongst the very best hotels in South Australia.
The hotel currently has a special offer for Living Choice residents, their families and friends: accommodation upgrades, welcome drink on arrival and free breakfast in the Rivergum Restaurant. This offer is valid for stays in September, October and November 2021.
Following a lovely gourmet lunch, the tour moved to the sports bar and then through the hotel’s guest accommodation and facilities. It’s possible the inclement weather gave pause to those wanting to have a swim in the heated infinity pool!
On the way home the tour was caught in traffic so their very accommodating driver, Paul, turned on his playlist and the group had a sing-along to the Monkeys hit, Day Dream Believer. David and Kathy were warmly thanked for a wonderful day and our clients said that they can’t wait to join our happy family.
