Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Construction Update

If you have not visited Living Choice Flagstaff Hill lately, you’re in for a big surprise. Existing residents, Flagstaff Hill Golf Club members and Living Choice clients have been following the construction progress at the site with great interest, with plenty of photos being taken to document the various milestones.

Site Manager, David Broad, said the basement slab/carpark for Building 1 (The Summit) and Building 2 (The Fairway) had been completed.

“Seventy-five percent of the columns have now been poured and completed up to ground floor level. The lift shaft and stair wells have also been poured up to the ground floor level and 50 percent of the precast walls for the basement to ground floor level have now been completed,” he said.

The two buildings currently under construction include `The Fairway’ comprising 38 apartments and `The Summit’ which will include 21 apartments and the magnificent new clubhouse. See here

Meanwhile, the resident community at the village continues to grow with another three settlements taking place in the last six weeks. Regional Manager, Katherine Stacey, said they were receiving strong enquiries for the three remaining villas and eight apartments in the recently completed `The Range’ building.
