Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Construction Update – May 2021

Living Choice Flagstaff Hill is taking shape and the village community is growing! All the villas on Memford Way are now complete, showcasing the village’s modern style and natural landscapes.

New resident Rae Angel has settled into Villa 15M. Rae is looking forward to enjoying her new village lifestyle and many golfing days.

The Sales team members are on the move again and have relocated the Sales Office to Villa 13M. Villa 17M will remain open as a display, however it’s awaiting new residents.

Current displays are Villa 17M (Muirfield design) and Villas 2 and 30 (St Andrews design). The Birkdale and Troon villas are also taking shape with internal fit-out of walls and services to the Troon in progress. Blockwork on the Birkdale is moving along at a steady pace and large retaining walls behind the remaining Birkdale/Troon Villas are currently also under construction.

New fencing along the Fairlie Drive boundary and common access road into the village complements the adjoining natural landscape of the golf course.

Work on Building 4, “The Range”, our first apartment block, has begun and an elevator shaft and strip footings are in progress on site. Over the next few weeks this building will progress with many more tradespeople working on site. All enquiries and details on The Range Apartments can be obtained at the Sales Office.
