Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Construction Update

It is Christmas time with five families celebrating Christmas 2020 in their new homes and enjoying the Living Choice lifestyle at Flagstaff Hill.

Reflecting on the year for Construction, it has been full steam ahead at the site. We started breaking ground in early February, installing power, water and gas services.

Construction of the retaining walls and cutting in of the house pads and roads followed – the village really started to take shape.

Concrete roads and light poles were added in time for the first villas to be completed. Now, as the year ends, we have six villas fully completed and another eleven under construction.

The Construction team members are looking forward to another successful year in 2021 when we return to site in early January.
