Living Choice Flagstaff Hill – Exciting Construction Progress Update.

Things are progressing nicely at the Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Village as we move closer to completing this vibrant new community. With each level taking shape, we’re excited to share the latest updates on the development, showcasing the continued efforts of the Construction team to create a wonderful living environment for future residents.

On the ground floor, the team are getting ready to commence the plaster boarding and insulation work. We’re also thrilled to announce that stone tops, which were slightly delayed, will soon be installed. Apartment #202 is expected to be completed in the second week of December, and Interiors are due to stage the apartment in January. We’re a step closer to completion and on track to welcoming residents in no time!

Moving up to level one and work is well underway, with joinery and tiling set to begin in the coming weeks. The stone tops and shower screens have already been measured, setting the stage for a stunning finish, it is now about adding the finishing touches.

The painters are working hard to add the final touches to Level two, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As plaster boarding continues, the next exciting phase will include the start of joinery and tiling, bringing this floor one step closer to completion.

Level three is ready for the next steps, with the plaster boarding continuing smoothly. The joinery and tiling team will soon commence work on this floor too. It’s a busy and productive time for the construction team as they head into the next phase before completion.
On the top level it is all about the roof trusses as they were successfully finished on Thursday, 21 November, and the roof cover is set to go on next week, which is very exciting. The team are now focusing on ceiling grids and plaster boarding to complete this level, which is quickly taking shape.
As we move closer to the finish line, we’re incredibly proud of the progress that’s been made and the vibrant community that’s coming together at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill.
