Living Choice Flagstaff Hill – September Construction Update

Spring has sprung on site at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill and we say goodbye to the winter chills. The warmer weather has allowed our team of tradesmen and suppliers to progress well on site.

The Muirfield duplex villas 33 and 34 are progressing at a steady pace with the completion of the roof only last week.

Neighbouring Villa 35 is scheduled for completion in mid-October. The incoming residents are extremely excited to move into their new home and enjoy the Living Choice lifestyle and surrounding scenery at Flagstaff Hill.

The footings are completed for the Muirfield duplex villas 31 and 32 and now we await the delivery of the frame and roof timber to the site.

The Birkdale and Troon designs are taking shape with Birkdale Villa 7 to be the new Sales Office and scheduled to open in early November. The Birkdale is an impressive 3- bedroom design with a balcony to enjoy the natural landscapes and surroundings.

At Building 4 (The Range), our first apartment block, the lower level blockwork is completed with work on the car park and lift shaft in progress.

The Construction team and all our tradespersons continue to enjoy the warmer weather and are working towards building the lifestyle community for all residents to enjoy.
