Living Choice Galston Construction Update

Good weather and great progress have created much interest these past few weeks at Living Choice Galston.

Since the last construction update, we now have a fully operational sales office, open from 10-4pm Wednesday to Saturday.

Site Manager, Scott Henry, said he’s happy with the progress made in October/November, including:

• The stormwater detention tank is 80% completed.
• Backfilling of dam is very close to completion.
• The construction of retaining walls is continuing for building pads.
• Villa pads 36 - 40 continue to be trimmed and handed over.
• Installation of service mains for the village is in progress. (fire, water, stormwater, sewer, electrical and communications)
• Villa slabs 30 – 35 have been poured.
• We are continuing to pour villa slabs with villas 27 – 29 due next week.
• Our first road pour.
• Onsite sewer pump station is completed pending electronics.
• Turf has been installed in the stormwater swales.
• Villa frame installation is 90% complete on villas 34 and 35.
• We have frames and trusses on site for villas 30 - 33.
• Villa roof installation has started.
