May Construction Update
Construction on the sales office/display home at Living Choice Mount Barker is proceeding well, with the framework completed, the roof added and the kitchens and cupboards scheduled to be installed mid-June. If everything goes to plan, the sales office – located at 9 Greenheart Circuit - will be open to welcome visitors from 8th September.
Living Choice Mount Barker will comprise 215 homes, a Country Club with 5-star facilities plus a Recreation Centre with an indoor heated pool, gymnasium plus art and craft studio. It will be located on a 9.8ha parcel of land between Evergreen Avenue and Paech Road, extending to the southern end of Glenlea Boulevard. The community will be built over three stages and Stage 1 will comprise 25 two-bedroom and 76 three-bedroom homes.
Project Manager, Rob Grech, said the civil works contract was expected to be awarded soon, followed by the commencement of the first stage.
