Living Choice Mount Barker Construction Update
Sales Consultant Sandra Bourke has been busy in the new sales office with lots of enquiries coming in for Living Choice’s newest Over 50’s lifestyle community. Also, Site Supervisor Luke has now joined the team and is eager to get things progressing further along.
We are confident that construction of the villas will be able to commence end of January, early February 2024.
The first group of 26 villas that will be constructed will be, 4 to 9, 19-34 and 189 to 192
The second group of 31 villas that will be constructed will be villas 45- 60, 76-84 and 183 to 188.
In other updates, some of the retaining walls are currently being installed in stage 1. And we are awaiting civil works to commence in stage 2.
