Living Choice Mount Barker Construction Update
The sales office and display home at Living Choice Mount Barker is flying along at record speed, reports Construction Manager, Rob Grech.
“Last week the stone tops were installed and the tiling has been completed to the wet areas. The bricklayer will finish this week and the eaves and external cladding will be installed next week.
“Over the coming weeks the painter will start and the sanitary ware to the bathrooms will be installed. Weather permitting, we will give a strong push to get the stormwater and external works, including paths and landscaping, completed by September.
Regional Manager, Katherine Stacey, said that although the opening of the sales office was originally planned for September, it had been decided to wait until civil earthworks had started on the main site and more construction progress had been achieved.
“The weather in SA has been very unpredictable and we want to offer our clients more certainty and be able to provide them with reliable timeframes. At this stage, we are looking at opening the sales office and display home on 24th/25th November,” she said.
“Those who have registered their interest in Living Choice Mount Barker will be kept informed of progress,” she added.
