Living Choice Parkwood – clients share their views
An important step in the creation of an exciting new retirement community on the Gold Coast was taken on Monday 15th February when the Living Choice team met with those who have expressed an interest in Living Choice Parkwood.
The vertical village will be located within The Club at Parkwood Village precinct, a popular destination with people of all ages. The Club boasts a wide range of facilities, including a golf course, dining areas, Sports Bar, Mini Golf and multiple medical and wellness facilities. It is also the official home of the Titans Rugby League Club.
Two Focus Groups were held in the club’s Estate Room to seek feedback on the apartment plans, prices, finishes and leisure centre facilities. Both Focus Groups were fully booked and attendees appreciated the opportunity to meet Living Choice directors, Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs, and hear their vision for their 11th retirement village and their first on the Gold Coast. Also in attendance were Jason Sack, Group General Manager, Craig Eyles, Head Designer, Tracy Blair, Regional Manager, Dee Evans, QLD Home Care Case Manager and Linda Hooper, National Marketing Manager.
Marketed as “Golf resort living for the un-retiring”, Living Choice Parkwood will comprise 210 apartments, ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom + media room (or fourth bedroom, if required). Everyone was given five plans to review (although many more floor plans will be available) as well as a comprehensive questionnaire to complete.
Each Focus Group session lasted 90 minutes and many of those who attended expressed their appreciation for the invitation and the opportunity to provide their feedback on a range of items, including the proposed prices, lease options and levies. The results are currently being collated and will be made available to the Focus Group participants.
