Living Choice Parkwood July Construction Update
The Construction team at Living Choice Parkwood is eagerly anticipating the arrival of a huge piling rig to commence piling on the site. Project Manager, Michael De Re, said all was on track for piling to start “mid-July plus a week”.
“All soft spots have now been treated and the last of the excess spoil is being removed. The koala fence has also been installed along Napper Road.”
Mr De Re said the final rehabilitation plans and golf hole design was about to be finalised and approved. The tender for the construction of the golf hole would then be awarded.
Senior Living Choice staff members, including Living Choice Director, Ian Tregoning, took the opportunity to visit the site when they attended the annual Retirement Living Summit on the Gold Coast recently. National Construction Manager, Leigh Buckton, gave an overview of the milestones achieved, despite the many challenges encountered. Everyone left with a sense of excitement as even the podium levels view were impressive.

Stage 1 includes the Lexington building, comprising 30 apartments, and the Lakeshore building which will have 20 ultra-luxurious apartments and the leisure centre.
