Living Choice Parkwood Construction Update
Recent visitors to the Living Choice Parkwood sales office and display apartment would have noticed the escalation of construction activity over the past month.
National Construction Manager, Leigh Buckton, said good progress was being made following the arrival of the first piling rig earlier this month. The rig will do about 340 of the 360 piles required with a second, larger rig completing the balance.
“The piles are scheduled for completion late next month and then the pile caps will commence. There has been good progress with the shaping and irrigation of the new golf hole and rehabilitation works are continuing. The majority of the koala fence is now in place,” he said.
“In addition, the survey easements are being established and the procurement of major building trades is continuing.”
