Living Choice welcomes Laura and Will

Living Choice Flagstaff Hill recently welcomed its second residents, Laura and Will Tertsch who have moved from Aberfoyle Park into their beautiful new Muirfield villa with their much-loved dog, Mozart. Although they are not golfers, Will says they chose Living Choice Flagstaff Hill because of its proximity to the golf course and “green space”. “I enjoy taking our dog for a walk and when the new clubhouse is built, I look forward to swimming in the indoor heated pool and visiting the restaurant for meals. Even though we don’t play golf, we’re both quite active, enjoy walking and Laura will use the gymnasium.”

Will first heard about the village when he drove past the golf club two years ago and saw a “Coming Soon” sign. “We were thinking of downsizing and I made some enquiries. We chose the Muirfield villa and now we’re the second to move into the village.” Will says they are happily settled into their new home and enjoy being able to walk across the road to the Flagstaff Hill Shopping Centre. Mozart is happily settled too and has made a new friend, Bella, the beloved Caboodle of their neighbour, Wendy Butler, who was the first person to move into Living Choice Flagstaff Hill.

Will, who emigrated from Austria to Australia 46 years ago, is an electronics engineer and works at the RAAF Base in Adelaide. Until recently, Laura was a Finance Officer and is hoping to return to the workforce soon.
