Mount Barker Construction Project Shows Significant Progress.

The Mount Barker construction project is making impressive progress, with notable developments reported. The groundwork for a future road section has begun allowing the construction team to soon begin the road pouring process, which is an exciting development.

Once the roadwork is complete and the next section of Stage one is secured, preparations will start for the footings of Villas 189-192, as well as Villas 25 – 28. This next phase will pave the way for further site development, expanding to other villa sections.

In the meantime, Villas 4-9 are advancing smoothly and recent tours conducted by Project Manager, Tania Sodomka, along with Site Manager, Luke Woolman and Luke Colalancia, offered prospective buyers a glimpse of their new homes. The tours were met with enthusiasm, with purchasers expressing their satisfaction with the progress and highlighting the impressive storage. Other construction activities within the Villas include the installation of all joinery and stone benchtops.

Operations Manager (Construction), David Currie has also been actively updating interested parties and depositors on the projects progress. His recent presentations have been well-received, and he looks forward to providing more exciting updates in the weeks to come.
