New aerials show Parkwood progress

Visitors to The Club at Parkwood Village and the Living Choice Parkwood sales office would have noticed the hive of activity on the retirement village site over the past month. The configuration of the new lake is now starting to take shape and the profiling of the new golf green has commenced.

National Construction Manager, Leigh Buckton, said the lowering for the 500mm diameter water main has been completed so that entrance profiling could commence.

“The external kerbing will be completed to define the change in road conditions by the end of October, with bitumen booked in for mid-November.

“The water main in the common trench with power pipework will commence in two weeks and the base for the piling should be complete this month. The Energex external design acknowledgement and fee has been paid.”

The earthworks progress will be welcomed by the growing number of clients who have deposited on an apartment at Living Choice Parkwood.
