New images and video reveal luxury of `The Lark’
Living Choice’s in-house 3D Artist, Michael Alexander, has been busy creating artist’s impressions of the apartments that will be built at Living Choice Parkwood on the Gold Coast. The images provide a detailed and realistic view of the apartment designs and the colour schemes available.
Michael’s latest images include a video (below) of the stunning Lark design, a 3-bedroom apartment that has two covered terraces, two bathrooms (main en suite) a full size laundry, study nook and plenty of cupboard storage.
The Lark apartments are located on the Podium level of both the Lexington and Columbus buildings, which are being built as part of Stage 1.
Premium features include high (2.7m) ceilings to the main areas, fully ducted zones air-conditioning, high quality timber look flooring to the living areas, stone benchtops and a European appliance package featuring induction cooktop, convection wall oven, integrated dishwasher, combination microwave, grill and oven and combination washer/dryer.
Other luxury inclusions are electric sheer curtains to the living areas, electric sheer or block-out blinds to the master bedroom and manual sheer or block-out blinds to the second and third bedrooms. Pelmet space is included in these areas for second blinds. There are also heated towel rails in the bathrooms and double glazing for noise and heating/cooling efficiency.
