Open Day must go on at Alloura Waters
Trying to plan an Open Day during La Niña is risky, perhaps, but with the relaxed COVID-19 restrictions and some gorgeous dry sunny days on the Central Coast, our sales team decided to take a chance. This day was to showcase how lovely the Alloura Waters village is, and to officially open the beautiful new BBQ area.
The extreme weather battered Davistown with 135mm of rain the day before, and threatened to cause havoc on Open Day, so our team moved to Plan B: umbrellas and the BBQ opening in the community centre.
Come Open Day, the rain held off for the most part and guests arrived to a warm welcome by our Sales Team, Village Manager and Resident Ambassadors. Guests were able to view a number of villas in different stages of renovations, the pretty gardens and luxury facilities.
Lunch in the community centre was an arrangement of healthy rolls, wraps and drinks, and a cute Easter basket door prize was drawn. Sales consultant Dave Grassby gave up one of his childhood dreams of cutting the ribbon for the opening of the BBQ area to Village Manager Leanne Maini, and the ambassadors talked about how much they love living in the village, and everything it has to offer.
The guests had a lovely time, asked lots of questions and were able to see firsthand what it’s like to ‘live your best life’ at Alloura Waters.
Sincere thanks to our staff and ambassadors for an incredible day.
