Open House events return to Twin Waters

With COVID-19 restrictions easing significantly, it was time for Living Choice Twin Waters to roll out the welcome mat to clients and invite them to the first Open House event at the village in many months. The sales team and the Resident Ambassadors collaborated to ensure the event was COVID-Safe, offering visitors the option of staggered viewing hours in a two-hour window. It worked a treat and the result was a very successful event.

Sales consultant Suzi Morland said all those who sent an RSVP for the event turned up. “Some were existing clients and others knew residents in the village. The staggered booking times worked well for the ladies serving Morning Tea and for showing people around. We managed to spend time with all of the interested couples and our Home Care Manager, Maria Hutchin, was an invaluable asset talking to those with a specific interest in our care offering.”

Suzi said there was strong interest in the villas on show and she was confident follow-up tours would be booked. “As usual, the residents did a wonderful job on the welcome desk, in the kitchen and showing people through the displays.”
