Parkwood Construction Update February 2026

We’re excited to share our latest construction update for Living Choice Parkwood.

Momentum is building at Living Choice Parkwood, with construction progressing steadily across the village. We’re delighted to share this update and give you a closer look at how the development is unfolding.

LEXINGTON BUILDING

• Levels podium to 3 are complete, ready for final silicone and clean
• Level 4 final carpet and fit off ready for final clean
• Level 5 stone tops being installed ready for fit off & final clean
• Landscaping soil and planting commencing next week followed by suspended pavers and decking

LAKESHORE BUILDING

• Podium – complete clean and commissioning of service
• Roof completed
• External cladding & soffits completed up to Level 3
• Pool tiling 99% complete
• Leisure Centre sheeting commenced
• Levels 1 to 3 tiling complete internally

COMMUNITY CENTRE

• Landscaping & buggy path concrete to be completed
• Final podium road concrete being poured Thursday next week
• Entrance ramp formed, concrete to be poured
• Landscaping to be completed next week
