Progress Updates from our Parkwood Construction Team

Scaffolding is now being removed around the Lakeshore Building on a rolling three-day schedule, progressively revealing the building's façade. We expect around 90% of the scaffolding to be removed within the next week.

The construction hoist remains in place to facilitate the installation of large stone benchtops and final joinery works on Level 5. Removal is scheduled for mid-September.

Three new display apartments on Level 2 will be handed over to the interior styling team early this month, following the completion of final defect works.

The pergola and seating areas at the western end of Building 4 have now been completed, providing attractive new outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.

Stone benchtops have been installed in the new bar area, feature walls have been completed in the residents' lounge, and work has commenced on the new reception area.

The auditorium is now complete, with all flooring installed and automatic entry doors fitted to the Leisure Centre.

The cinema, gym, pool and amenities are complete and ready for final commissioning.

Significant progress continues on the Claremont and Lincoln Buildings with two major deck pours completed over the past fortnight. The Lincoln Building has reached Level 3, with cores and scaffolding in place. And walls to Level 3 of are expected to be completed by early next week.
