Parkwood survey winners rewarded

Charles and Val Allport visited the display apartment at Living Choice Parkwood in May and were impressed by what they saw. They were toured by Michael Levick and shortly afterwards, completed an email survey about their experience.

Their names were entered into the monthly draw to win a gourmet hamper and they popped in this week to collect it from Michael and fellow sales consultant, Angie Hackett.

The survey is sent to all those who enquire each month and asks clients to rate Living Choice’s homes, facilities and service. The survey program was first started in around 2011 and over the years, it has assisted Living Choice to understand the needs of clients and take steps to improve where necessary.

The surveys are accompanied by a covering letter, reminding clients about Living Choice’s Referral Program.
