Priority Register launched at Woodcroft

With homes becoming available at Living Choice Woodcroft over the next few months, those on the waiting list were invited to attend a BBQ lunch on Thursday 4th May for the launch of a Priority Register. They also had the opportunity to meet the Wellness Centre team and meet some of the Resident Ambassadors – their future neighbours!

On show were two fully refurbished homes – Villa 60, a 2-bedroom Embassy design and Apt 320, a 2-bedroom Admiral design which has a large balcony. David Brookman, sales consultant, said offers on both homes would close on Tuesday 16th May.

In his welcome speech, David also announced that four new 2-bedroom villas, which are currently under construction, were now available for deposit, priced at $494,900. Completion of the new villas is scheduled for the last quarter of 2023.

David also introduced Wellness Centre Coordinator, Sarah Fox (reflexology and relaxation massage), who was accompanied by several Wellness team members, including Matthew Grosse (remedial massage and myotherapy), Helen Birch (counsellor) and Yuki Honda (yoga, fitness and aquarobics). The Wellness Centre services are open to the public – for details see www.choicewellness.com.au

To join the Priority Register, a fully refundable fee of $200 is required. For further details, contact David at 1800 502 524.

Footnote: A big thank-you to the Woodcroft Resident Ambassadors led by Jen Hawkes for their invaluable assistance, plus our favourite BBQ cooks - the Aberfoyle Park Lions Club.
