Queensland staff members take to the `fairways’
For two years running Golf has been the theme for QLD Staff Christmas Parties. Last year it was mini-golf. December 2021 was golf simulators.
On 16th December, QLD staff members and Group GM Jason Sack got together at X-Golf Maroochydore where they tested their golfing shots on five golf simulators. Some decided to have a hit by themselves and some played in a group.
There were competitions for nearest the pin for girls, and for boys, but unfortunately someone clicked out of the games so it will never be known who won!
Nearly everyone had a go, even if they weren’t golfers. A few air swings here and there, but all in all it was good fun and there was plenty of food and drink to be had.
As for the Pro-Am players, a swing so strong maybe, almost certainly, tore the screen. I know nothing…
