Rapid construction progress made at Flagstaff Hill

Amazing progress has been made in just under a year at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill, reports the Construction team.

In February 2020 we had just started construction on the first two villas at Flagstaff Hill (see photo below). Now it’s 2021, the Construction team has returned from the holiday break and construction work is once again in full swing.

Earthworks and footings have commenced on the existing Birkdale/Troon duplex design, and the suspended floor structure of the first Birkdales are now in place. Our tradespeople will be continuing to complete these villas as quickly as possible as the completion of both designs is greatly anticipated by both Living Choice staff and incoming residents. The large retaining walls behind these villas have also been completed.

The St Andrews design Villa 2/19 and Villa 3/19 are due for completion at the end of February and our Sales team is excited to showcase both colour schemes and floor coverings in these villas. The single St Andrews, Villa 30/19 will also be available for viewing soon.

At the front of the Village are Villas 15M and 13M, both Muirfield designs, which are scheduled for completion in late April. Incoming resident Rae Angel is looking forward to joining the other residents here.

“Hot off the press” is that the earthworks for the first Apartment building “The Range” is underway.
