Resident Ambassadors spread the love at Woodcroft

When you attend a marketing event at Living Choice Woodcroft, you can be assured of receiving the “red carpet treatment” by the village’s large group of Resident Ambassadors. This was certainly the case when the village’s valued clients attended the Ploughman’s Lunch in the leisure centre on 17th June. The popular annual event was very well-attended with everyone enjoying a fabulous lunch prepared by Let’s Eat Catering and the opportunity to talk to residents one-on-one about life at the village.

“What a great day - everyone had a wonderful time,” said Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey. “We had Lesley Phillips explaining the services provided by Living Choice Home Care and Sarah Fox, our Wellness Centre Coordinator, spoke about the many wellness services available. Fellow sales consultant David Brookman enjoyed the opportunity to meet new and existing clients and our Group GM, Jason Sack and his assistant, Teresa Allen were there as well.” It was David’s first marketing event at the village and he said the feedback from both attendees and ambassadors had been very positive.

Several residents were happy to take to the microphone and share their stories about why they chose to move into the village, the friendships they had made and the activities they took part in. “It was a good opportunity for clients to secure their homes before the price increase and long-term clients, Kerry and Johanna Eichner deposited on the Federal villa,” said Katherine.

It's been a busy time for the sales team with four deposits taken over the past two weeks and more pending. To find out about the homes available, contact David or Katherine at 1800 502 524.
