Living Choice Flagstaff Hill

With Stage 1 comprising 42 villas nearing completion and the first apartment building now open, it’s not surprising that by the end of 2022, 63 residents will call Living Choice Flagstaff Hill home.

Being located next to Flagstaff Hill Golf Club and surrounded by green space and birdlife, is proving to be a big attraction and those who did not previously play golf are signing up for lessons.

In mid-November, the village’s first apartment building – The Range comprising 17 apartments – welcomed its first residents. As at 7th December, eight apartments had already been snapped up and Regional Manager, Katherine Stacey, said there was strong interest in the remaining nine. A limited number of villas are also still available.

Construction on two further apartment buildings, including a new 5-star clubhouse, will commence in early 2023. The old clubhouse is scheduled to be demolished in mid-January, however a temporary clubhouse has been provided by Living Choice for members and residents’ use.
