Residents give the thumbs-up to refurbished apartments at Alloura Waters
Residents at Living Choice Alloura Waters were invited to view the recently refurbished Apartments 227 and 228 on Wednesday 10th June. Despite the very cold and wet weather, 36 residents and staff members turned up between 10am and 3pm – observing social distancing of course!
Sales consultant, Dave Grassby said everyone was extremely impressed with the apartments and also grateful for the opportunity to inspect them. “There were many positive comments about the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, flooring and the general quality. The operator and Sales and Construction teams put a lot of effort into these apartments to bring them up to current market expectations so it was very rewarding to hear their comments.”
