Sampling our way through 4 Ingredients with Kim McCosker!

Living Choice Twin Waters residents and guests gave a wonderful reception for special guest, Kim McCosker of 4 Ingredients at a fully booked cookery demonstration on Tuesday 27th September. Kim not only entertained the crowd with her great recipes using minimal cooking ingredients, but also with her stories. Kim has over 41 cookbooks in the series with global sales nearing 9 million copies.
Prior to the demonstration, everyone relaxed and chatted over a lovely morning tea that was served by the village’s Resident Ambassadors. Once everyone was seated in the auditorium, Kim quickly had the crowd back on their feet in a game of elimination where one lucky guest received one of her cookbooks.
Kim whipped up effortless dishes of guacamole and crackers, an amazing cream cheese ball, chicken curry and revealed her very easy recipe for a delicious fruit cake. Everyone was impressed with how easy these dishes were to make and enjoyed sampling the delights throughout the demonstration.
With bellies full and arms packed with newly purchased cookbooks it was time to draw the lucky door prize, a beautiful hamper which was won by Sherryl Moody.
Sales team members Suzi Morland and Suzie Gray were also on hand throughout the morning to answer any questions on retirement living.
