Senior bowlers enjoy annual Intervillage Tournament

At Kawana Bowls Club, the Sunshine Coast Intervillage Bowls Tournament was held and attracted 26 teams from retirement villages throughout the Sunshine Coast. It was a very enjoyable and well-run day.

Living Choice Twin Waters fielded two teams, with Team 1 comprising Lead Paul Colebrooke, 2nd Anna Colebrooke, 3rd Warwick Moody and Skip Dieta Fialla.

Team 2 included Lead Val Hunt, 2nd Ute Fialla, 3rd Graeme Lavender and Skip Beris Blake. Team 2 recorded a convincing win and a draw and Team 1, unfortunately, lost both their matches. The draw was against a team from Living Choice Kawana Island. Congratulations to the overall winners, Bellcara Village in Caloundra. Many thanks to Living Choice for sponsoring our teams.
