Site works make great progress at Living Choice Parkwood

The construction team at Living Choice Parkwood has been flat out completing as much work as possible before the Christmas break. Visitors to the site would have noticed that much progress has been achieved with both the site preparation and access road from Napper Road.

Construction Manager, Leigh Buckton, said the road bitumen had been laid and the traffic signals set up and handed over to the traffic authority.

“The base for the piling has been completed and the consumer mains conduit for the pump room has been laid. The Western boundary rock formation has also been installed.

“The tenders for the piling have been completed and are currently being assessed and the tenders for the new golf hole and site rehabilitation work have also been received.”

Mr Buckton said all building documentation was due to be completed this week and would be issued to the Fire Authority on 16th January for approval.

Best wishes to the Construction team for a well-deserved Christmas break!
