Stellar Open Day at Broadwater Court
With over 80 people expected to arrive at the Living Choice Broadwater Court Open Day on 4th August, our staff and resident ambassadors had their work cut out for them.
Thankfully the weather forecast for the Open Day was clear and guests were treated to an amazing Devonshire Tea, catered by Daley’s Kitchen Café, at the Mountain View Estate Community Centre.
Taking advantage of the village bus, resident Peter Brandon was kept busy transporting guests to Treeview Estate to view three villas and to Waterfront Estate, where there were two villas open for inspection.
The villas were at various stages of renovation with one fully completed to showcase the quality and finishes. And it was lovely to receive many compliments about the beautiful gardens from our visitors.
At the community centre, guests were not only treated to delicious Devonshire Tea, but also with a gift of dried roses, donated by resident Wendy Gardiner. The gesture came from the Adam Gardiner Foundation, which is a tribute to her son.
Congratulations to Harry Barker from Mardi, and Susan Clarsen from Woy Woy, each winning a luxury hamper.
Sales Consultant, Alicia Stacey, recounts, “The day was a big success. Everyone had such a good time. We had a large number of clients who are on the waitlist attend and bring friends along.
“The teamwork with ambassadors, whom we are incredibly lucky to have, and staff, shows what an amazing village we have.”
Regional Manager Gail Eyres, Sales Consultant Dave Grassby, and Village Managers from across Living Choice Central Coast, Bec Roese, Leanne Maini and Kathy Hall were all in attendance.
Well done on a fantastic effort, Central Coast!
