
Strengthening resident-staff relationships at Twin Waters
Residents at Living Choice Twin Waters were recently invited to a “Meet the Team” event hosted by Tim Bentley, GM QLD & NSW Central Coast.
Many Living Choice staff members attended, including National Operations Manager, Christine Osgood, QLD Administration Manager, Nancy Bourke and National Marketing Manager, Linda Hooper. Other staff members included village manager, Tracy Blair, administration staff Deb New and Sarah Roach, Head of Maintenance, Dave Forrest and sales consultant, Suzi Morland.
Tim pointed out that the majority of the Living Choice staff present had worked for the company for an average of 12.5 years, compared with the national average of 4.6 years in one job. “This is a testament to not only the company but the residents.”
Living Choice sponsored the drinks and nibbles and staff members took the opportunity to relax with residents and celebrate the festive season.
