Sturt Bowling Club’s Season Opener Attracts Impressive Crowd.
The Sturt Bowling Club kicked off its 2024 season with a lively and well-attended event on Saturday, September 7th, with Living Choice representative, Jason Braun, Architectural Practice Manager, also in attendance. Members and guests gathered in large numbers, filling the club’s greens with activity under clear skies.
The event was attended by notable guests, including Federal Member for Adelaide Steve Georganas, Member for Unley David Pisoni, Mayor of Unley Michael Hewitson, and the very popular Unley Ward Councillors Jane Russo and Stephen Finos, all of whom were invited guests for the ceremonial first roll.
The atmosphere was vibrant, embodying the enthusiasm and community spirit of the occasion and setting a positive tone for the season ahead. The celebration featured friendly competition .
