Living Choice’s Resident Ambassador program has been running for many years and is greatly valued by the directors and staff members. It provides an opportunity for both residents and staff members to work as a team to ensure a steady stream of enquiries for villas and apartments at the villages, thereby enhancing the value of outgoing residents’ homes.

The Resident Ambassadors assist in many ways – at Open Days, expos, looking after clients who attend resident-organised events and even looking after the sales office on certain days at some villages.

Recently, sales consultant Suzi Morland, arranged a thank-you lunch for the Resident Ambassadors at Twin Waters and 25 people attended, including Suzi, Regional Manager Tracy Blair and Linda Hooper and Tash Woodward from the marketing team.

The enjoyable lunch was held at Curly’s on the Boardwalk in Coolum, a favourite destination for many Living Choice residents. Everyone enjoyed a delicious two-course lunch and refreshments and it was a great opportunity to catch up in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Resident Ambassadors at Kawana Island also do sterling work and Suzie Gray, QLD Sales Manager, is planning a thank-you celebration for them too – watch this space!
