Thumbs-up for annual Flagstaff Hill Ladies’ Day
Fabulous golfing weather, great prizes, champers, chocolates and a delicious lunch … the annual Ladies’ Open Day played at Flagstaff Hill on 12th March was perfect in every way. And did we mention the great scores achieved in the 4 Ball Best Ball Stableford – two teams with 51 points and two teams with 50!
Sponsored by Living Choice, the competition attracted 105 players from 14 clubs throughout Adelaide. Co-organiser Anne Graham said it rained the night before the event and the course looked fresh and green with the beautiful weather conducive to good golf. “We were so grateful to Living Choice for generously sponsoring the prizes and everyone loved the choccies and champagne served by the Living Choice staff members at their marquee.”
Sales Manager Katherine Stacey, Village Manager Gail Pounsett and Sales & Marketing Assistant, Teresa Allan attended the event and Lesley Phillips, Living Choice’s SA Home Care Case Manager, also spoke at the prizegiving.
Several ladies took the opportunity to tour the display home after the prizegiving.

3rd: Lyn Tobin, Yvonne Riddell, Gillian Evans & Brideeta Carmody (Flagstaff Hill, Tasmania & North Adelaide) 50pts on a countback from 4th, Susan Seja, Pauline Moffatt, Anne Graham and Bernice Welke (Blackwood & Flagstaff Hill) 50.
5th: Liz Lennan, Yugene Jung and Maria Wong (Flagstaff Hill) 49pts.
