`Une Belle Soirée’ at Living Choice Fullarton!
A dedicated group of French cabaret fans were delighted to join Living Choice Fullarton residents for an early celebration of Bastille Day at the July Cabaret held on 9th July.
Talented signer Louise Blackwell fronted her renowned group of musicians, including the internationally famed violinist Julian Ferraretto, to entertain residents and friends with an evening of French music. The songs included the classic standards of “La Vie En Rose” and “Je Ne Regrette Rien” - always a song to bring the house down!
Guests enjoyed a two-course meal from the new restaurant at the village, “Castello’s Cucina“, operated by restaurateur, Nino Castello. The French-themed evening included some appropriately dressed guests, red, white and blue decorations and a “touch of French” in the food, especially the decadent triple layered chocolate mousse gateau with a raspberry coulis.
A big thank-you to the dedicated group of residents who organise the enjoyable Cabarets every quarter.
