Valentine’s Day celebrations at
Deepwater Court
Valentine’s Day was celebrated over a lovely dinner as the residents of Living Choice Deepwater got together in the village community centre on 14th February.
Thea Bradshaw said, “The Valentine’s dinner went really well and everyone had an enjoyable evening. There were no kisses on show and no one eloped – well we don’t think so! We just love to get together, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy each other’s company.”
Residents dined on beef stroganoff, greens and Jasmine rice for the main course. Dessert was a choice of lemon meringue pie or apple and mixed berry crumble with ice-cream.
The ladies who cooked the delicious meal were Cherie Johnson, Ruth Beckett, Pat Savage along with Elaine Halliday offering assistance.
