Warm welcome at Woodcroft’s Winter Warmers Lunch

The weather may have been cold outside but the welcome could not have been warmer at the “Winter Warmers” lunch held at Living Choice Woodcroft recently.

The village is renowned for its friendly, enthusiastic Resident Ambassadors and they could not have been more welcoming. After visitors toured the homes on show, everyone settled down to a lunch of hearty soup and crusty bread while chatting to residents about their life at the village in a relaxed setting.

Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey, interviewed new residents George and Ivana Reid and they both said they “loved the place”. George and Ivana lived in a 5-bedroom house with large garden in Happy Valley and visited the village after being referred by their son. They said downsizing to a 2-bedroom home had made their lives “so much easier”.

Sales Manager Katherine Stacey also introduced long-time resident Doug Tilley who said it was the best move he and his wife Judy had ever made.

The lunch was also a good opportunity to learn more about the owners of Living Choice. Director Graham Hobbs spoke of his long-standing partnership with fellow director, Ian Tregoning and said he loved attending events and speaking to residents, staff members and clients.

New sales consultant David Brookman also spoke about the strong property market and Group GM, Jason Sack, outlined the history of the village and the rapid progress that had been made. Home Care Manager, Lesley Phillips gave an overview of the home care services available and introduced one of her carers and a satisfied client.

The lunch was also an opportunity to announce a price freeze on selected retirement homes plus 12 months free levies. For more details, see Retirement homes for sale at Living Choice Woodcroft
