About our Twin Waters retirement village
Award-winning location Situated 1km from stunning beaches, within walking distance of shops, an international golf resort and tennis club and overlooking the Bill Kear Waterway, Living Choice Twin Waters is part of a suburb that was once voted “the world’s best residential address”. It’s a great location for retirees who want to be far from the hustle and bustle, but still close to shopping, sporting and recreational facilities. For added peace of mind, a co-located Estia Health Aged Care Residence opened in September 2017, so you need never leave the village if you or your partner requires extra care.
The homes include spacious 2, 3 and even 4-bedroom villas and a limited number of apartments overlooking the water. In addition, a private 500 metre waterfront boardwalk provides access to 40 hectares of recreational lake and the Maroochy River.
