About our Woodcroft retirement village
Living Choice Woodcroft is located on an elevated plateau in Pimpala Road, Woodcroft, within walking distance of the newly upgraded Woodcroft Plaza which has a Woolworths Supermarket, pharmacy, news agency, bakery, food outlets and hair and beauty salon. The Woodcroft Town Centre and Mall, medical centres and schools are also close by.
Luxury and choice
There is a wide choice of homes at Living Choice Woodcroft, from spacious two-bedroom, modern apartments to two and three-bedroom villas. The pre-loved homes have been beautifully refurbished and boast a host of special features, including remote garage doors, insulated walls, LED downlights, ceramic cooktops and stainless steel ovens, bathroom heaters and premium wardrobe fitouts, including storage drawers.

The world-renowned McLaren Vale wine region is only a 20-minute drive along the New Expressway.
Living Choice Woodcroft is also a popular village for golfers with the Vines Golf Club of Reynella only a six-minute drive away.
