About our Kincumber retirement village
IIf you’re looking for retirement living that is close to everything, then you will love Living Choice Broadwater Court in Kincumber. The recently refurbished Kincumber Shopping Centre is next door and includes a Coles Supermarket, an array of speciality shops, modern restaurants, a bottle shop and pharmacy.
Built over 5 stages, the village is perfectly positioned on a flat site between Gosford and Avoca Beach, only one hour from Sydney. The final stage, Waterfront Estate, is a stone’s throw from the beautiful Brisbane Water.
The pet-friendly village features architecturally designed villas, a limited number of waterfront apartments, award-winning gardens and a host of facilities, including an on-site medical centre. The village bus takes residents on regular excursions and shopping trips and local buses run right outside the village so it’s easy to get around.
Five-star facilities
With so many facilities and activity groups at Broadwater Court, you will find plenty to do in your retirement. Water aerobics classes are held twice a week at two of the community centres and there is a bowling green at Waterfront Estate.
A beautiful 3.4km waterfront walking and cycling track starts right outside Waterfront Estate and is well-used by the village’s cycling group F.I.T.S (Fun in the Saddle).
In the well-equipped community centres you can play snooker, get creative in the craft and woodworking rooms, visit the libraries, enjoy a drink at Happy Hour or get fit in the gymnasiums, heated pools and spas. There are also auditoriums, barbecue areas, a putting green and woodwork rooms.
