Sarah Fox – Reflexology and Relaxation Massage
The Body Philosophy
Sarah Fox of the Body Philosophy is the driving force behind the establishment of the Wellness Centre at Living Choice Fullarton and now she has gathered a team of dedicated health professionals to open a Wellness Centre at Woodcroft.
Sarah has been practising and teaching reflexology, massage and anatomy for over 20 years in Australia and the UK. She qualified in London in 1995 and moved to Adelaide in 2008 with her partner and two children. Since then she has helped hundreds of people to relax and “press pause” on their tension, stress and anxiety.
Sarah believes regular reflexology/relaxation massage sessions are more important now than ever for personal, physical and emotional health. “As we become more isolated we forget the power of touch. Each session is tailored to suit your needs.”
The Body Philosophy’s treatment room fits perfectly with the fantastic 5-star facilities at Living Choice Woodcroft’s new Leisure Centre. Open to residents and the general public, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind!
For more treatment details see www.thebodyphilosophy.com.au or to book a reflexology or relaxation massage appointment, phone 0413 518 483.
Bradley Yates - Principal Physiotherapist
As a valued member of the health and wellness team at Living Choice Fullarton, Woodcroft’s sister village, Brad Yates is looking forward to bringing his passion for healing to the Wellness Centre at Woodcroft.
Brad graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University in Townsville. He has since expanded his skills by completing various other qualifications, including a Diploma in Remedial Massage and specialised courses in spinal manipulation, shoulder rehabilitation, dry needling and clinical pilates.
Originally from the Riverland, and an old scholar from Prince Alfred College, Brad decided to move back to his home state in 2015. He has a keen interest in the areas of chronic pain, post-orthopaedic rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy, which led him to establish Yates Physiotherapy in 2017.
Brad loves to educate people and encourage them to live a healthier lifestyle. He believes that optimal wellness is created through a trusting patient/therapist relationship, and that greatest success is achieved by providing an holistic and a goal orientated approach.

Pete cares for patients in hospitals as well as at his clinic, Glandore Podiatry, and now brings his wealth of experience to the Living Choice Woodcroft Wellness Centre Team.

At Glandore Podiatry we are here to help you keep your feet safely, and importantly pain-free, on the ground.”
Outside work, Pete is a keen walker as well as a cricket and footy fan. He also has a particular interest in all things space, sun, moon and stars with a telescope to prove it.

Diane Cranwell, who has 35 years of hairdressing experience, says she loves it as much as she did the day she started. Diane started off at West Beach, then moved to Brighton where she spent most of her time working, managing and training apprentices. She then bought her own salon on Brighton Road, employing 6 staff members. After 6 years she sold her salon to have her first child, Paige, now aged 19. She then returned to work two mornings a week and had two more children, a son Brad (now 17) and a daughter April (now 14).
“When they were established at school, I continued working and was approached to fill in at a nursing home as a hairdresser,” says Diane. “It was to be a 6-week stint but from the very first day I knew this was the job for me. I was there for 15 years and also filled in at various retirement villages and nursing homes.”
Diane is looking forward to meeting many new clients and working with them to make their hair the best it can be. She will be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 3pm
To book an appointment with Diane call 0401 904 966.
