Security of retirement village living
Living Choice has successfully developed and managed retirement villages since 1992. We have many long-serving staff members and we are proud of the relationships we have built up with our residents. We respect and value our residents and work closely with the Resident Committees and Resident Ambassador teams. We have our own in-house architects and construction teams and are proud of the homes we offer, both in the quality of construction and the features and inclusions.
All of our nine operating villages have been granted full Accreditation under the Lifemark Accreditation Scheme.
Security of premises and village life
We know that security is important to you, and you can rest assured that you will feel secure at a Living Choice village. This comes from knowing that you are living in a village with staff members and neighbours who watch out after you, and where there is 24-hour emergency response.
Security of tenure
The major advantage for a resident in a Leasehold title or Lifetime Licence retirement village is that the owner has a long-term financial interest in the continuing success of the village.
The owner of the village is the party bound to provide the services, facilities and maintenance. The rights and obligations of residents are clearly set out in the lease or licence agreement, and cannot be changed without your consent.
Continuity of management is assured and security of tenure is guaranteed. A considerable saving on stamp duty is also achieved.
