Russ Dunstan, village manager at Kawana Island, and Ernie Hatton, Chairman of the Twin Waters Residents’ Committee, welcome new Twin Waters village manager, Tracy Blair.

New village manager, Tracy Blair, is very excited about joining the Living Choice family at Twin Waters and says her aim will be to create both a happy “home” for residents and a happy workplace for staff.

Tracy took the opportunity to address residents at a welcome Morning Tea on Friday 21st April and said being appointed village manager was a dream come true after a long search for the perfect job.

Tracy has had a varied career, including sales and general management in the automotive and media industry in Sydney before she moved to the Sunshine Coast seven years ago. She worked in an art gallery for a few years before doing something she had always wanted to do – live in Italy! She spent 14 months there teaching English and loved the experience.

On her return to the Sunshine Coast, she proactively pursued a village manager position and worked at IRT, initially voluntarily, before securing a position at IRT Parklands in Currimundi.

Tracy has three adult sons and lives in Buderim. She is passionate about enjoying a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and a variety of fitness regimes.

Tracy is well qualified for the business side of her role, having achieved an MBA, but her good communication skills and warm and positive attitude will also place her in good stead to forge good relationships with her residents and staff.
