Woodcroft residents “christen” new auditorium
With the opening of the new leisure centre at Living Choice Woodcroft just weeks away, residents got a taste of how much fun they will have in there when Living Choice hosted Christmas drinks and nibbles on 21st December.
The auditorium is now at lock-up stage and more than 160 residents took the opportunity to enjoy some Christmas cheer and get their first look at the new leisure centre. Both Jason Sack (General Manager) and Steven Bielby (Village Manager) thanked residents for their patience during the construction period and Steven pointed out where the various facilities would be situated.
There was also a presentation to Roy and Raelene Scholtz on behalf of the residents, thanking them for all that they do for the village as they are always the first people to put their hands up to help out.
The residents’ choir also surprised everyone with some classic Christmas carols, led by Roger Trevor.
The leisure centre will open on Saturday 24th February at 11am – diarise the date!
