Congratulations to Living Choice’s latest client survey winner, Suzanne Patrick, who has scored herself a luxury hamper worth $200 just for completing a short online survey following a recent visit to Living Choice Fullarton. Village manager, Brian Lynch, was delighted to present the hamper to Suzanne when she popped in to the village recently.
Our clients’ opinions of our villages, staff performance and marketing material are important to us and we value suggestions on how we can improve our service. The information gathered from the surveys provides our Marketing, Sales and Operations teams with valuable insights for the organisation to stay relevant and to understand our customers’ needs.
